Josh Mendoza

Josh Mendoza was born and raised in the crawfish capitol of the world Breaux Bridge, Louisiana. His debut EP titled Just Another Love Song is on its way! Recorded in the summer of 2022 the album is filled with Josh’s signature screaming passionate blues guitar playing. All songs and lyrics on this record are original compositions written by Josh Mendoza.

Even though he is still in high school, Josh has played Festival International, Acadiana Center for the Arts, Vermilionville as well as other venues from Nashville to Lafayette.

Josh is a former student of lil`Buck Sinegal, Chad Viator and the School of Rock in Lafayette, La. Josh has also been a participant in the Blue Monday Allstars playing the Blues Gala in Baton Rouge, La.

Josh’s diverse playing styles are on display in the recorded in one take rock instrumental “Test Drive” with blazing speed, cascading scales and blues rock riffs … soulful ballads with “Just another Love Song” and straight ahead blues in “Lying Eyes”… the EP Just Another Love Song will be available Fall 2022.

The Josh Mendoza Experience is available to perform at all live music venues and festivals!
